Payment rules:

1. As visitor (person that do not play any tournament) - you do not pay. You are welcome to experience our society!
2. Payment only via bank transfer/online* (*for exception contact organizer via https://egc2025.freshdesk.com/, Type: "Payment exception")
3. To have the right to apply each fee value, you have to pay before fee deadline.
   Example: Fee value by 31/08/2024 applies to payments sent latest on 31st August 2024, 11:59 pm.

Children and teenagers policy

Children/teenagers under 18 years old participating in the congress are under the care of an adult - a parent or legal guardian. The organizers are not responsible for them left unattended.

Discounts:

1. 100% discount for players below 10 years of age on the 19th of July 2025.
2. 50% discount for players between 10-18 years of age on the 19th of July 2025.

3. All participants from countries where there are currently “wars” or “conflicts” (excluding “skirmishes and clashes”) can benefit from the fees described as "Payment by 31.08.2024" until the start of the congress in 2025. The list of wars on Wikipedia serves as a reference.
