There are many good hotels in Warsaw, and the choice mostly depends on the distance to the Congress venue.

We recommend checking availability and reviews on Booking.com, and verifying public transportation options to the venue using Google Maps.

Participants who have completed their payment will receive a link to book the hotel at a discounted rate via email. We verify payments once a week, although we try to do it more frequently. Please check your SPAM folder, and be aware that sometimes we have difficulties identifying the transaction author due to non-typical payment methods.
